About this deal
While the pressure lid can be washed with warm soapy water, cleaning the crisping lid is slightly more fiddly as you have to clean it with a wet cloth or paper towel after the heat shield cools and it can't be removed from the base.

Especially when compared to how much effort either it is to make by the more traditional means (think several pans/constant monitoring), the Ninja Foodi is ridiculously easy to use, and there were no hiccups whatsoever. In terms of appliances it’s the ultimate one-pot cooker – the kitchen equivalent of a swiss army knife. This compact Ninja pressure cooker may be small in size, but it’s full of features including a pressure cooker, steam, slow cooking, a sear or sauté option, plus air crisp and bake or roast. All settings were easy to select and the machine did what we asked of it, with no delays in response.
A few of the other slow cooker/pressure cooker appliances we have reviewed are a breeze to use then an absolute pain to wash up, so this was a huge plus point. Before pressure cooking, we could make use of the Sear/Sauté setting to brown the chicken and onion, then we added the rest of the ingredients and switched to the Pressure Cook setting - choosing 25 minutes on high. Its multiple cooking options, easy to navigate control panel and quick and intuitive features make it well worth worth stretching the budget on this large and versatile multi-cooker.
BBC Good Food Ninja Foodi 9-in-1 multicooker summary - BBC Good Food
Our honest opinion: Yes, definitely – if you have the workbench space to keep it, and you want something which can make mealtimes easier. What we like most about the 'one-pot' aspect of an appliance like this is the fact that you can add ingredients as you go and end up with a complete meal. We were very satisfied with the look and taste of the chicken and fig tagine, which had a good colour, felt tender when we pulled it with a fork and the dish came out piping hot. It's not just a slow cooker; it's a pressure cooker, steamer and air fryer, plus it can sear, sauté and roast.
Although the result isn't crispy, the chips are softly cooked, individually sealed and have great flavour. Thanks to the sear and sauté functions, we can prepare every element of our slow cooker beef stew in one, including browning the meat.
